Our Inspection Reports are computer generated with appropriate photos highlighting many of the items that are in need of attention. Your purchase is more important than a generic checklist, so we take the time to customize our Home Inspection reports to your property. Reports are generally e-mailed to you within two business days, sooner if necessary.

A signed Inspection Agreement is required for our services. We use a standard CREIA inspection agreement, a copy of which can be viewed here: Residential Inspection Agreement. We do need to have this document signed before we can release our report.

For Commercial Inspections in Murrieta and surrounding areas, the following contract can be viewed: Commercial Inspection Agreement. Once again, this document does need to be signed before we can release our the findings of the inspection.
